UniformDistribution:

• Issue clean and properlysized uniforms to hotel staff members based on their respectiveroles.
• Keep accurate records of uniformdistribution to ensure that each staff member receives theappropriate attire.

InventoryManagement:

• Maintain an organizedinventory of uniforms, including tracking the number of itemsavailable, restocking as needed, and identifying worn-out ordamaged uniforms forreplacement.

Fitting andAlterations:

• Assist new hires inselecting and fitting uniforms.
• Coordinate withtailors or alterations services to ensure that uniforms fitproperly, making adjustments asneeded.

LaundryCoordination:

• Collaborate with thehotel's laundry department to ensure that uniforms arecleaned, pressed, and ready fordistribution.
• Monitor the condition of uniformsto identify any stains or damage that requires special attentionduring the cleaning process.

QualityControl:

• Inspect uniforms for wear andtear, ensuring that they meet the hotel's standards forcleanliness and appearance.
• Report any issueswith the quality of uniforms to the appropriate department forresolution.

Lost or DamagedItems:

• Document and track instances oflost or damaged uniforms.
• Coordinate with staffmembers to replace lost items or arrange forrepairs.

Uniform Policies andGuidelines:

• Enforce uniform policiesand guidelines set by the hotel, ensuring that all staff membersadhere to the specified dress code.
• Provideguidance to staff on the proper care and maintenance of theiruniforms.

Communication:

• Maintainopen communication with various hotel departments, includinghousekeeping, front desk, and management, to understand the uniformneeds of each department.

SeasonalChanges:

• Coordinate the distributionof seasonal uniforms or adjustments to staff attire based onchanges in weather or specialevents.

RecordKeeping:

• Keep detailed records ofuniform sizes, alterations, and any issues related to uniformdistribution.
