Design of Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control System, Video Analytic Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Physical security systems).

  • Analyzes the structural elements to ensure the quality of the design.
  • Responsible for the preparation of design calculations, drawings, specifications, testing and commissioning documents for the projects.
  • Manages the structural draftsman in preparation of structural shop DWGs and ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Attend Technical meetings & site visits with Client/Consultant and review comments based on the Codes and Standards.
  • Preparing technical documents such as: Prequalifications, Material Submittals, Method Statements, Manuals etc.
  • Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate assigned engineering work and ensure effective communication and coordination among the team.
  • Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals.
  • Ensure that all drawings, documentation, and records in use are reviewed, approved, and controlled for adequacy.
  • Define and implement corrective actions where deficiencies are detected.
  • Find new suppliers as per project requirements and project budget.
  • Coordinate with Draftsmen, logistics, procurement, technical teams, and sales teams.
  • Support site teams and support clients in Mockups and products approvals.
  • Meeting and working with customers to understand their business problems, scope, and priorities.
  • Creation and delivery of custom product demonstrations.
  • Analyze customer requirements to determine technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Trained and Certified by major security suppliers: Pelco, Axis, Milestone, Genetec, Lenel, Dahua, Hikvision, ISS, Avigilon, Southwest Microwave, Fiber SenSys, Tyco, etc.
  • Responsible for reviewing quotes/configurations and orders, creating solution designs, and identifying potential addon opportunities.
  • Obtains relevant industry and partner certifications and attends approved outside trainings.
  • Works with other departments to ensure sales and logistics processes are streamlined and optimized to maximize sales.
  • Checking all the activities are managed in timely manner.
  • Prepare and followup the documentation for claims and variation orders.
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business.
