Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support restaurant technology systems, including POS systems (NCR Voyix Aloha preferred).
Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware.
Maintain network infrastructure, ensuring security protocols are implemented and followed.
Provide technical support to staff, addressing and resolving ITrelated issues promptly.
Conduct regular system audits and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain and upgrade technology systems.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
Train staff on the proper use of technology systems and provide ongoing support as needed.
Monitor system performance and perform necessary updates and maintenance.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in the industry

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (MCIT/MCSE, CCNA,ITIL Certification is Plus)
Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of restaurant technology systems, including POS systems (NCR Voyix Aloha experience is preferred)
Familiar with network infrastructure and security protocols.
Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
