Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences? We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of a luxurious 5-star resort in Qatar this December and are in search of a dedicated Guest Experience Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our team.

If you have a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and a commitment to ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly, engage in friendly conversations, and provide personalized assistance to enhance their stay.

Arabic Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in Arabic and English to assist guests effectively and provide them with valuable information and recommendations.
-
Reservations and Check-In: Assist with guest check-ins, reservations, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to resort policies.

Concierge Services: Offer expert advice and assistance with dining, entertainment, and local attractions, catering to guests' preferences.

Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, finding effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with all resort departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including managing guest accounts, billing, and room assignments accurately.

Guest Feedback: Collect and analyze guest feedback to continually improve services and implement best practices.

Requirements:

Arabic Fluency: Ideally be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.

Previous Experience: Experience in guest services, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively.

Team Player: Collaborative and able to work well within a diverse team.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Availability: Must be available for an online interview this week and able to start before November 20th, 202-
Location: Located outside of Qatar due to visa restrictions and timelines.
