Quest LLC is recruiting for its esports Multimedia department in Qatar.

We are looking for an organized and creative Graphic Designer, passionate about esports and gaming culture, to work as part of the creative team and assist in the operation of content creation, social media, and presentations.


What is the role?


We're hiring an experienced Graphic Designer to help us bring our communications, branding, and marketing alive using intelligent and thoughtful design.

This role will work closely with our art, 3D animation, and design teams to create social content, marketing materials, and promotional merchandise that will be distributed to our communities, partners, and campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding and execution of design, typography, color, and composition
  • Create still and animated images for social media, broadcasts, and other platforms that align with our visual brand identity and narrative
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
  • Create custom visual assets from scratch
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Proactively test & learn the best solutions/tools for the job; demonstrate a constant development of skills and exploration of new techniques
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
  • Develop strong relationships with Editors & Designers, Creatives, Director and Producers across Quest
  • Collaborate with Creatives, Directors, and Producers to effectively deliver their vision; participating in the creative process and offering your ideas and creative solutions
  • Ensure brand guidelines are understood and adhered to
  • Interrogate all delivery specs, perform quality control, and ensure all projects are delivered correctly and to exemplary standards Accurately archive all projects.
  • Help to drive and deliver bestinclass creative output across the Post-Production Department

  • Technically able to translate creative ideas into graphics
  • Familiar with online gaming culture and youtube's general aesthetics and rules
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating clear design thinking and problem solving across a range of media
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop Interested in doing more work in moving image
  • Ideally have experience using Sketch or XD but not essential
  • Creative flair and a good eye for detail
  • Ability to respond to multiple briefs simultaneously
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also able to selfmotivate and manage your time effectively
  • Ability to see projects from initial concept through to final production
  • An understanding of social media asset requirements: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Pinterest
