We are seeking a skilled and passionate HydraFacial Specialist to join our team. As a HydraFacial Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare treatments to our clients using the HydraFacial system. Your role will involve assessing clients' skincare needs, performing HydraFacial treatments, and educating clients on skincare routines and product recommendations to maintain optimal skin health.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns and goals.
  • Perform HydraFacial treatments according to established protocols, ensuring a safe and effective procedure.
  • Customize treatments based on individual skin types, conditions, and concerns.
  • Utilize your expertise to recommend appropriate skincare products and post-treatment care routines to clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene protocols.
  • Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, including any concerns or reactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and providing follow-up care as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote HydraFacial services and drive business growth.
  • Uphold professional standards and represent the brand positively at all times.

Requirements:

  • Certification or training in esthetics, cosmetology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performing HydraFacial treatments or similar skincare procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess skin conditions and customize treatments accordingly.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client care.
  • Positive attitude and passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HYDRAFACIAL: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CERTIFICATE (Preferred)
