FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Primary purpose of job
To receive, dispatch raw materials and other supplies and ensure that the quality and quantity of food items supplied by the

Catering contractor for offshore locations comply with the contractual terms and conditions. To maintain proper inventory

records of all items dispatched and received and maintain required compliance monitoring documents.

Experience & Skills:

  • Working knowledge of relevant regulations, ISO requirements, Food Safety, HSE.
  • Minimum Food Safety Level 2 certification.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and working knowledge of Arabic preferred.
  • Knowledge of contract implementation.
  • Good accounting and budgeting background.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point). SAP knowledge is an added value.

Education:

  • Higher secondary or Degree or Diploma in Logistics or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics
handling (food & non-food), logistics handling of Offshore locations is preferred.
