  • You will work aspart of the Construction Delivery Team taking direction from theConstruction Lead and Project senior leadership team.
  • You will build relationships tomanage and influence stakeholders both internally andexternally.

  • You will provide technical expertiseand support to Delivery Teams creating a culture of ownershippromoting roles and responsibilities.

Youll be responsiblefor:

  • Provides support to teamin driving performance and results whilst delivering performancemanagement technical development and coaching.
  • Responsible for the Structure and/orFit Out of a specific area or package including site conditionsprogramme quality and safe working standards.
  • Liaises with and takes direction fromthe Project Package Managers regarding Programme and Critical Pathworks in the area.
  • Leadsforecast Lookahead Meetings for the area or package working withthe Package Manager.
  • Provides detailed Planned Vs Actualdata for all works within their area knowing when to escalate toConstruction Leadership where deviation from the Plan isevident.
  • Knowing ProjectDigital Strategy and where Construction Information can befound.
  • Manages close out oftheir area understanding all relevant QAQC Plans and ITPs andHandover.
  • Developseffective working relationships with both internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Activelyseeks understanding and utilise the Centre of Excellence (CoE)knowledge base and Company best practice.
  • Promotes and drives the businesspriorities through Construction to Production Digital &Data and responsible business practices.
  • Works collaboratively towards thecommon goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibilityfor the proactive identification and management of the associatedcarbon emissions and reductions during the delivery ofwork.

Youll need tohave:

  • Recognised degree inConstruction Management.
  • Extensive professional experience inworkplace/office HQ fitout projects including siteexperience.
  • Registeredprofessional or chartered license.
  • Experience in workplace fitoutprojects.

Youll needalso:

  • Working towardsmembership of MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or equivalentdemonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Experience in the successful deliveryphase of projects and programmes in the constructionsector.
  • Constructionmanagement expertise.
  • Developing commercial and financialacumen.
  • Experience leadingparts of construction projects within large diverseteams.
  • Experience ofbuilding relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon andsustainability considerations will shape the outlook of theprojects you are working on.
