  • Contribute to the implementation of GCCstrategy and Qatar Scorecard by proactive development andimplementation of existing and new business opportunities with keyclients.
  • Develop, lead and execute Account Plans for key clients.
  • Actively promote new Visa solutions and assist clients inbusiness implementation.
  • Ensure that all necessary implementationplans are in place with sufficient lead time and have business caseand justification for the required spend.
  • Establish and manage aworld class account team (both direct and matrix) and organize itas a cohesive entity to pursue a range of business opportunitiesover the short and long term.
  • Align the efforts of variousbusiness units internally to successfully deliver the opportunitiesand initiatives with key clients as One Team One Visa.
  • Analyzeand carefully monitor on an ongoing basis market trends, activitiesand competitor actions to enable the account team to develop andimplement preemptive strategies and plans for the key clients.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' strategies with keyclients and contribute to developing and responding to these sothat Visa's market state within Qatar is enhanced.
  • Monitor key clients compliance to mandates, service levels andpropose appropriate actions to Management where necessary.
  • Ensureintegrity of client records by regular review and update in VisaCRM system.
  • Display and exercise business leadership practiceswithin the company.
  • Actively contribute to the effectiveness ofthe team by supporting and co operating with colleagues andproviding cover during periods of absence.
  • Display and exerciseleadership practices and business acumen within the company.
  • Represent Visa within market across sales, regulatory affairs,corporate and social responsibility by speaking at conferences andbusiness meetings and undertaking media/public relations activitiesto shape perceptions of Visa.
