Brief Job Description:

  • Oversee and coordinate security operations within the organization.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and managing security protocols and procedures.
  • Supervise and guide security personnel, ensuring effective performance.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action and documenting incidents.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures for organizational compliance.
  • Participate in security risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Conduct security training programs for employees.
  • Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.

Education, Training, and Certifications Required:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Security, Investigations, Police, Forensic, or Military studies.
  • Occupational Safety or General Management qualifications not accepted.
  • Security Risk Assessment Certification advantageous.
  • Security certification from an internationally recognized institute advantageous.
  • Safety experience or certifications only accepted as secondary qualifications.

Background Experience Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of security experience, with 5 years in a similar position (experience certificates required).
  • Police/military experience must be 8+ years in an operational role, with at least the rank of warrant officer (no administrative/investigative/intelligence roles accepted).
  • Minimum of 7 years of security management experience, with 4 years in a similar role.

Age:

  • Minimum age: 35
  • Maximum age: 55

Language Required:

  • English as a second language.
  • English level 2 required.

Selection Criteria for Employment:

  • Passing a face-to-face interview or Online.
  • Demonstrated advanced security knowledge and expertise in management, training, policies and procedures, and risk management.
  • Relevant experience for the role.

Nationality Required:

  • Any nationality fulfilling the criteria can be recruited.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR18, QAR30,000.00 per month
