Job Description:


As a Gymnastics Coach, your primary role is to guide and inspire individuals in developing their gymnastics skills and fostering a positive and supportive training environment.


Here are the key responsibilities:
1.

Instruction:
Provide clear and age-appropriate instructions for gymnastics techniques, ensuring safety and proper form.

2.

Skill Development:
Plan and conduct training sessions that focus on skill development, strength, flexibility, and coordination.

3.

Individualized Coaching:
Tailor coaching approaches to accommodate the varying skill levels and abilities of each gymnast.

4.

Motivation:
Encourage and motivate gymnasts to set and achieve personal goals while fostering a love for the sport.

5.

Safety:
Prioritize and enforce safety guidelines during training sessions and ensure proper use of equipment.

6.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other coaches, parents, and support staff to create a positive and cohesive team environment.

7.

Progress Tracking:
Monitor and evaluate gymnasts' progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

8.

Communication:
Maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any upcoming events.

9.

Event Preparation:
Prepare gymnasts for competitions by organizing mock events, reviewing routines, and ensuring mental readiness.

10.

Continued Learning:
Stay updated on gymnastics trends, techniques, and safety standards through professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in coaching gymnastics or a related field.
  • Understanding of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
  • Certification in gymnastics coaching is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Salary:
QAR5, QAR6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
