Role:
IS Coordinator

  • Work as the focal point for coordinating IS and RLP requirements or followups for RLP Project.
  • Track and consolidate project timelines, updates, and schedules.
  • Track and consolidate weekly/monthly reports, IS Score cards, etc., by coordinating with all Sections within and outside the IS Department.
  • Coordinate with project owners to ensure projects are timely executed.
  • Manage assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
  • Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.
  • Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
  • Analyze project proposals to determine timeframe, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Must have excellent written/oral /computing and communication skills for reports and presentations.
  • Must have experience in IT projects.
  • PMP Project Management Professional Certification, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience performing project management role on complex projects
  • Adequate knowledge of IT security, controls & Network infrastructure, with some IT planning experience.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of project management principles and planning.
  • Understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
  • Experience in managing an IS Portfolio or Project Management Office
  • Proficient with project management related software/ tools.
  • Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
