  • Providespre-commissioning and commissioning planning, coordination andexecution leadership to the EPC-1 project management team, withclose coordination with the heads of pre-commissioning andcommissioning and systemsowners.
  • Coordinate with PTWCoordinator and review technical documents which requires EnergyIsolation before issuance ofPTW.
  • Identify isolationpoints and confirm that all requirements for positive isolation(i.e., Blinding, Disconnection, LOTO) are in place. Responsiblefocal point for Energy Isolation in assignedarea.
  • Ensure closecoordination for the pre-commissioning and commissioning activitiesby the EPC-1 Contractor, for Mechanical Energy Isolation. LOTOrequirements for equipment/system in accordance with ProjectIsolation Philosophy, Job method statements. JSA, Risk Assessmentor if any specific procedures available based on thetask.
  • Review and scrutinizeall the Mechanical Energy Isolation certificates/LOTO signed andissued by Contractor and its Subcontractors prior approval of PTWfor Pre-commissioning andcommissioning.
  • EnsureMechanical Energy Isolation Certificate/LOTO are properly signed,closed, and returned by Contractor and its Subcontractors beforeMain PTW close and De-Isolation of anyEquipment/System.
  • EnsureLOTO register are maintained and track live battery limitisolation, extended period of isolation requirement, and isolationat RFSU.
  • Co-ordinates withContractor/Subcontractor and inter disciplines for SIMOPSactivities.
  • Participateweekly coordination meeting conducted by CTJV/Contractor LOTOteam.
