  • Installing and troubleshooting printers and related computer equipment, such as computers and scanners, to ensure they are operating properly.
  • Operating computerized printing equipment to produce publications by converting digital images into printable form.
  • Preparing print jobs for printing by setting up files in the desired format for printing
  • Monitoring the progress of print jobs to ensure they are being printed on time, adjusting settings as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Training new employees on how to use equipment or software programs.
  • Troubleshooting problems with equipment or software, and making repairs as needed
  • Operating computerized machines to print text on products such as Tshirts, mugs, and plates.
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies such as paper and toner cartridges, and ordering additional supplies when needed
  • Reviewing digital images to ensure they are clear and of high quality.


Reprographics Print background preferred such as the following tasks, Book Assembly, Wire-o Binding, Saddle stitch, 3 Hole ring, mini size books, Cut to size materials.


  • Customer Service and Communication Skills Heavy client interaction verbal/written forms
  • Handle timesensitive material and maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Demonstrate customer service skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Must be selfmotivated and capable of working in a highpressured environment
  • Must be able to read, write, and comprehend job instructions
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with clients regarding copy/print/finishing implementation and updates on print job status
  • Ability to deal with complex work instructions and maintain accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changing fastgrowing production environment

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Print Shop experience preferred.
  • Reprographics is preferred (i.e. Adobe PDF, Spreadsheets, Invoicing)
  • Additionally, any print/copy services experience is preferred.
  • Assess incoming print jobs and requested deadlines along with the ability to negotiate deadlines and other job parameters as necessary
  • Coordinate print workflow activities including assigning to print operators to print jobs
  • Perform multiple finishing types: wireo, velo, 3hole drill, lamination, stuffing envelopes, folding, and the use of electronic cutter for various print sizes
  • Operate on various print equipment and highvolume printers such as (Xerox, Konica
  • Responsible for quickly and adequately producing detailed, highquality printed materials/ styles in a timesensitive atmosphere utilizing highspeed digital printers
  • Ensure quality maintenance of all logs and reporting documentation
  • Participate in crosstraining and perform other duties as needed
