DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and develop client referrals.
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Build relations with the big Contractors.
  • Specify the material with organizations responsible for sport facilities.
  • Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Understand the enquiry of his customer.
  • Collect necessary document and information of the project/customer enquiry. Send to the Design team to request for quotation.
  • Provide information on pipeline data.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Submit offers and close deals with clients.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Handover the signed projects to other divisions.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Conduct product training to sales team and to customers.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members, foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest actions as needed.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
