Inspecter les chambres après qu'elles aient été nettoyées par l'entretien ménager afin de s'assurer que les normes de qualité ont été respectées. Exécuter les rapports d'occupation, vérifier l'état des chambres, identifier les écarts dans le compte de chambres, établir la priorité des chambres à nettoyer et mettre à jour l'état des chambres qui seront libérées. Aider la direction de l'entretien ménager dans la gestion des activités quotidiennes. Assurer la liaison afin de coordonner les activités de l'entretien ménager, de l'ingénierie, du bureau de direction et de la blanchisserie. Documenter et résoudre les problèmes d'écarts dans l'occupation des chambres avec la réception. Préparer, distribuer et communiquer les modifications apportées aux fiches de travail et aux calendriers de tâches. Communiquer les problèmes au quart de travail suivant. Remplir les documents requis. Aider la direction avec l'embauche, la formation, la planification, l'évaluation, la motivation et l'encadrement des employés.

Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise; signaler les problèmes d'entretien, conditions de travail dangereuses, accidents et les blessures; et réussir la formation et les certifications de sécurité. S'assurer que son uniforme et son apparence personnelle sont propres et professionnels; préserver la confidentialité des renseignements exclusifs; et protéger les actifs de l'entreprise. Accueillir et saluer tous les clients selon les normes de l'entreprise; anticiper et traiter les besoins de service des clients; aider les personnes handicapées; remercier les clients en leur témoignant une véritable reconnaissance. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication. Développer et maintenir des relations de travail positives avec les autres; écouter et répondre adéquatement aux préoccupations des autres employés. Assurer le respect des exigences et des standards de qualité. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu'à 25 livres (22,7 kg) sans assistance. S'acquitter d'autres tâches d'emploi raisonnables lorsqu'elles sont demandées.
