Hiring Graphic Designerfor our reputed Shopping Mall inQatar.

Salary Offered: 7000 QAR 8000 QARper month (Salary will be based on your interviewperformance)

QualificationsMandatory to have the below:

1. Shouldpossess atleast 3 year of experience in similar position as GraphicDesigner including GCC market exposure. Having GraphicDesigning experience in a Retail or Shopping Mall environment ishighly preferred.

2. Must beLocally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID along withNOC.

3. Must be proficientin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop IllustratorInDesign) and other design software.

4.Should have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellenceand a diverse range of design projects across print and digitalmediums. Strong passion to learn and gain expertise in using latestAI powered design tools.

5. Photo & Videoediting skills. And Knowledge of typography color theory and layoutprinciples with a keen eye for detail andaesthetics.

6. Ability to conceptualize andvisualize ideas effectively. And Familiarity with printingprocesses materials and production techniques.

7.Passion for design innovation and a customercentric approach tovisual storytelling.

8. Bachelors degree /Diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication or relatedfield.

9. Having the similar experience mentionedas per the Job responsibilties is veryessential.

JobResponsibilities:

  • DesignConceptualization: Brainstorm and conceptualize designideas in collaboration with the marketing team to effectivelyconvey the malls brand message event communications and promotionalcampaigns.
  • AdvertisementDesign: Create compelling visuals for print and digitaladvertisements including billboards posters social media graphicsand digital displays to drive foot traffic and increase awarenessof mall events and promotions.
  • InMallSignage: Design clear and visually appealing signage fordirectional guidance promotional displays and informationalpurposes ensuring ease of navigation and a seamless visitorexperience throughout the mall.
  • EventPromotion: Develop promotional materials for specialevents seasonal campaigns and holiday celebrations incorporatingthematic elements and engaging visuals to attract visitors andcreate memorable experiences.
  • TenantSupport: Provide design support to mall tenants asrequired for their marketing initiatives including creatingcustomized graphics and promotional materials to showcase theirproducts and services within the mallenvironment.
  • Digital ContentCreation: Produce dynamic multimedia content for digitalplatforms including website banners social media posts artworks andvideo advertisements to engage online audiences and driveonlinetooffline traffic.
  • BrandingConsistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines andstandards across all design projects maintaining visual consistencyand reinforcing the malls brand identity across varioustouchpoints.
  • EnvironmentalGraphics: Design immersive environmental graphics andinstallations for key mall areas such as entrances atriums andcommon areas to enhance the overall ambiance and create memorablevisual experiences for visitors.
  • PrintProduction Management: Coordinate with external vendorsand print suppliers to oversee the production process includingfile preparation proofing and quality control to ensure timelydelivery of highquality printedmaterials.
  • CreativeInnovation: Stay abreast of industry trends emergingtechnologies and best practices in graphic design and retailmarketing and proactively incorporate innovative ideas andtechniques into designstrategies.
