Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, and Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff members as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a professional and courteous
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and presentation
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
