As a Media Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping and implementing our media strategy.

You will oversee various tasks like leading and supervising the media team, managing staff responsible for videography, photography, video creation, social media, account management, digital marketing, sales, content creation, and campaign launches.

Your role will also involve building positive relationships with clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and addressing any concerns or feedback they may have.

Additionally, your ability to accurately estimate the cost of services provided by the company, utilizing your understanding of industry standards, market trends, and project requirements to provide competitive and fair pricing to clients, is essential.

This aspect of your role is crucial in ensuring profitability and sustainability while delivering value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Lead media relations activities, including identifying opportunities, drafting strategic responses, and creating compelling press releases.
  • Generate extensive and relevant media coverage both online and offline.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including social media presence and online advertising.
  • Utilize videography and photography skills to create captivating visual content.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the media team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Precisely evaluate service costs by utilizing proficient comprehension of industry standards, market dynamics, and project details, thereby delivering competitive and reasonable pricing solutions to business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients/customers and accurately estimate the cost of services provided.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of media innovation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Should possess proficient Arabic and English communication skills to effectively engage and facilitate clear communication within the team and with clients.
  • Proven experience in media management, with a strong understanding of sales, digital marketing, and campaign launches.
  • Proficiency in videography, photography, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively leading and motivating teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative media strategies.
  • Knowledge of media platforms and industry trends, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for brand exposure.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media management, marketing or related field.
  • Showed success in developing and implementing media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Proven track record of managing media relations and securing impact press coverage.
  • Knowledge in leading and managing a team of media professionals.
  • Experience launching and managing media campaigns across different platforms.
