SUMMARY:
Collaborateswith the business lines to understand their needs as it relates toinformation Using their knowledge of the organization s technologyinfrastructure and specific software applications, they help thebusiness to address changes through Investigates the overallbusiness needs, creates a business case and then defines therequirements using various approaches such as use cases, thendecompose the requirements to a sufficient level of detail allowingthe implementation team to take

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:
  • Planningrelated to the tasks associated with business analysis and thesoftware development
  • Riskassessment-using methods to identify risk, probability, impact andhow to mitigate those
  • ManageRequirements to understand the requirements change process, and
  • OrganizationalAnalysis to identify current capabilities and identifyopportunities for
  • Continuouslyrefine and improve business and IT processes for efficiency
  • CommunicateRetail, Commercial and FinTech teams needs with IT regardingimplementation, system enhancements, and
  • Lead thework effort to ensure business operations & processes areprepared for system changes, training, SOP
  • Work withinternal and external business partners to define businessrequirements associated with system utilization &enhancement
  • Leadand organize User Acceptance Test with business (UAT). Define andexecute testscenario
  • Communicateissues that impact the daily operations & provide updateson
  • Workwith Tier 1 support & the Retail, Commercial and FinTechBusiness owners to ensure issues are resolved and communicatebusiness
  • Agileexperience in Agile Development projects and documentingrequirements as userstorie
EDUCATION&EXPERIENCE
  • Collegedegree or technical school certification in related field
  • 5+ yearsBusiness Analysis experience
  • Experiencein the financial industry is
  • Experienceworking on Agile projects and with business on UAT
  • Superiorskill set in the use of Microsoft
  • Finastraplatform modules domain experience and or Retail & lendingprocess experience
  • Knowledgeof Fiserv
  • Experiencewith SQL Queries to produce reports, using Change, Control andRelease Management best practices
  • DeepAnalysis skills and ability to convert analysis to deliverables(process flows, data flows, user stories, Business Case, ProblemStatements).
  • Abilityto do data analysis & ability to draw business processflows, problem solve, prioritize tasks and meet requireddeadline
  • Superiorattention to detail
  • Ability toevaluate alternatives and find solutions using a systematic,repeatable
