  • Responsible for developing andproducing accurate and consistent evaluations that include writtenreports in English and/or local language to meet the uniqueexpectations for each client.
  • Exercise highlevel of judgment and discretion in evaluating theclients' business operations and service, determining andrecommending areas of improvement, and determining how to bestcommunicate findings andrecommendations.
  • Utilize hospitality industryknowledge to develop and deliver meaningful and accurate summarypresentations of each evaluation finding to key property/locationlevel executives.
  • The Assessor must interactwith property/location management to review assessment data andmust independently recommend strategies and suggestions forimprovement
