Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all household staff including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinate and execute all household events and social gatherings, including menu planning, decor, and guest management.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the household, including managing laundry and housekeeping duties.
  • Handle all household shopping and errands, ensuring that all supplies and groceries are stocked and readily available.
  • Assist with personal tasks and appointments for the employer, such as making travel arrangements and managing calendars.
  • Manage and maintain household budgets and financial records, including tracking expenses and processing payments.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the household, including monitoring and maintaining alarm systems and coordinating with security personnel.
  • Serve as a personal valet to the employer, assisting with dressing, grooming, and personal care as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the employer and guests, anticipating needs and accommodating requests in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role, maintaining complete privacy for the employer and their affairs.
  • Has a background for UHNWI, or UHN, or UHNW.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Butler in a highend household or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Formal training or certification in hospitality or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and experience in formal table service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.
  • Proficiency in household management tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and inventory management.
  • Discreet, professional, and trustworthy, with a high level of integrity and respect for privacy.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
  • Willing to be under company accommodation and transportation

Pay:
QAR3, QAR4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
