Role Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team.

As a key member of our agency, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their real estate needs, whether buying, selling, or renting properties.

The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for prospecting and servicing clients, managing property deals and transactions, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, and mediating negotiations between buyers and sellers.

The Real Estate Agent will also conduct property viewings, advertise properties, and maintain a detailed database of properties.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining important client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends, including regulatory requirements and legal procedures
  • Ability to maintain an uptodate knowledge of inventory and comparable homes in the market
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively, manage their workload, and prioritize tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Must have excellent problemsolving skills and be able to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM software

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and properties
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
  • Negotiate and close real estate transactions
  • Stay uptodate with market trends and industry best practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and fellow professionals
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team goals
