Milieu de travail

Notre campus étant situé à Boucherville, sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal, nous savons que les travaux dans le tunnel Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine peuvent être une source d inquiétude pour nos employés. Le rôle

· Vous allez gérer l'ensemble de nos principaux travaux de recherche sur les clients (Expérience Client, Capitale de marque et l impact publicitaire) et travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos partenaires en recherche afin d'atteindre les objectifs stratégiques et opérationnels, en tenant en considération les délais et budgets en place

· Comprendre, soutenir et aider les clients internes avec leurs besoins en les aidant à les définir, tout en adoptant une approche centrée sur le client grâce à une Expérience Client (CX) hors-pair

· Créer des plans d'action pour chaque point de contact CX (points de contact internes comme les questionnaires, mais aussi l'analyse de texte) pour créer des recommandations réalisables sur une base régulière en utilisant des outils comme le Net Promotor Score, le CSAT et d'autres mesures

· Travailler en collaboration avec différentes équipes pour tirer parti des connaissances CX

· Activer nos clients et clients potentiels grâce à des insights structurées et non structurées provenant d'un programme du Voix du Client qui améliore l'apprentissage de la marque, la segmentation marketing et les Persona

· Animer des ateliers pour fournir l état actuel et future de l expérience client omnicanale et de bout en bout

· Gagner rapidement la confiance des pairs à travers le marketing et l'organisation au sens large en tant que leader d'opinion en ce qui concerne le CX, par exemple, les opérations en magasin, la présence omnicanale, etc.

· Concevoir des enquêtes, collecter et élaboration des rapports réguliers sur la Voix du Client

· Gérer les relations avec les clients internes et les agences externes

· Préparer des présentations, à la fois de manière régulière et sur une base ad hoc

· Participer activement aux processus de planification stratégique

· Apporter un point de vue créatif au travail

· Découvrir des nouvelles opportunités dans un environnement professionnel dynamique


Profil

Les compétences que nous recherchons

· Capacité à extraire des informations à partir d'une quantité considérable de données afin de créer des recommandations réalisables et solides basées sur des faits pour l'entreprise

· Expérience avec des outils, logiciels et approches spécifique à l'expérience client, par exemple Qualtrics, un atout

· Excellente maîtrise des concepts marketing et intérêt pour la modélisation statistique.

· La certificationCCXP est un atout

· Baccalauréat en sciences sociales, en administration des affaires, en économie ou dans une discipline connexe. 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en agence et/ou chez le client

· Excellentes compétences de communication un bon narrateur

· Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office

· Bonne connaissance des programmes axés sur les données, un atout

· Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
