Summary:


As a Real Estate Agent at Future Property, your mission will be to forge strategic partnerships with prominent real estate companies, driving the expansion of our platform's property listings.

By leveraging your strong industry connections and persuasive skills, you will play a vital role in enhancing Future Property's market presence.


Responsibilities:

Partnership Cultivation:

Identify and engage with key decision-makers within established real estate companies, presenting the benefits of listing their properties on the Future Property platform.


Value Proposition:

Articulate the value proposition of Future Property, emphasizing how our marketing prowess can amplify their property exposure and drive leads.


Negotiation:
Skillfully negotiate partnership agreements, addressing concerns, terms, and expectations, ensuring a mutually beneficial collaboration.

Onboarding:

Collaborate with real estate companies to streamline the process of uploading property listings onto the Future Property platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


Relationship Management:

Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with real estate partners, serving as their main point of contact for ongoing collaboration and support.


Market Insights:
Continuously gather market insights, identifying trends, preferences, and demand patterns to align partner offerings with market needs.

Marketing Coordination:

Liaise with our internal marketing team to strategize and implement campaigns that highlight partner properties, enhancing their visibility on the platform.


Performance Tracking:
Monitor the effectiveness of partner listings, providing regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization.

Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand your network and identify potential partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in real estate sales, partnership management and customer relationship management.
  • Strong network of connections within Qatar's real estate sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and the impact of online platforms on real estate marketing.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Selfmotivated, targetdriven mindset with a passion for delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
