Roles &Responsibilities:

  • Work withthe Customer Insights Technology (CIT) team to build and maintainthe technical aspects of MS Dynamics CRM (developmentadministration maintenance) including but not restricted toanalysis design estimation development of businessrequirements.
  • Collaborate with project andvendor teams on related projects
  • Design anddevelopment of CRM modules and business processes for improvedcustomer and staff experience.
  • Support datamigration from and integration with sourceapplications
  • L2/L3 troubleshooting of DynamicsCRM
  • Work in a structured waterfall developmentas well as agile methodology
  • Lead in the setupdeployments and maintenance of all environments includingproduction.
  • Conduct code reviews testing andwork closely with QA team (where applicable) for SIT and withbusiness for UAT
  • Contribute to the overallenterprise architecture and adapt to new technology domains& associated integrations
  • Support thetraining of new team members on existing business processes andrequired tools

Requiredskills &Experience:

  • Developmentexperience in the .NET Framework (including Asp.NET WebAPI)
  • Experience developing reports dashboardsforms plugins workflows in Microsoft DynamicsCRM
  • Exposure on mobile applications viaDynamics CRM is desirable
  • Extensive use of theCommon Data Service SDK for writing solutions serverside codeclient applications extensions custom business logic pluginsintegration modules and customworkflow.
  • Support the Installation andconfiguration support of onpremise (preferable)/online DynamicsCRM.
  • Strong understanding of MS Dynamics CRMfunctional and security framework
  • Performdebugging and testing of all related code and assist withtroubleshooting both development and productionissues
  • Understanding of web applicationdevelopment principles and proficient with JavaScript HTML CSSXML.
  • Knowledge of SOAPREST.
  • Good understanding of relational databaseconcepts entity framework and datadrivensystems.
  • Strong knowledge of how datastructures work
  • SQL and Microsoft SQL Server(including SSIS/SSRS) TFS skills
  • Goodunderstanding of Unit Testing
  • Extensivecustomization experience with Workflow Business rules Form and ViewConfiguration Solution Management
  • Knowledge insoftware development lifecyclemethodology
  • Experience in Kingsway softpreferred
  • Strong collaboration andinvestigative skills and the ability to cross reference informationfor accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written skillsespecially around code documentation
  • Ability towork in a team environment independently take direction and followinstructions.
  • Ability to work under pressuremultitask and adapt quickly to changingpriorities
  • Banking knowledgepreferred

Job Type:Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay:QAR1.00 per month
