Deine Aufgaben

Zur Unterst tzung und Erweiterung unseres People Teams suchen wir einen HR Business Partner (m/w/d) als verantwortliche Person f r die HR relevanten Prozesse in den Bereichen Planung, Beschaffung, Supply Chain, Logistik und Produktion. Deine Aufgaben umfassen folgende Themenbereiche:

  • Ansprechpartner und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CPO (Chief People Officer) sowie dem restlichen F hrungsteam zu allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Implementierung skalierbarer HR Prozesse sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von HR Richtlinien in allen Abteilungen der gesamten Gruppe
  • Beratung der F hrungskr fte bei der Budget-/Personalplanung sowie Unterst tzung des Talent Acquisition-Teams und der Hiring Manager bei der Einstellung der besten Talente
  • Verantwortung f r das Performance-Management, die Personalentwicklung sowie Mitarbeiterbindung innerhalb der Organisation, inklusive der Planung und Durchf hrung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
  • Erstellung und Analyse von quantitativen sowie qualitativen Personal Management Reports zur Steigerung der Produktivit t und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit
  • Verantwortung f r weitere spannende Projekte f r ein innovatives Personalmanagement innerhalb der Organisation

Requirements :

Dein Profil

  • Akademischer Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich (Human Resources, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation, o. .)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und Management von effizienten HR Prozessen sowie stetige Umsetzung von Projekten in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Serviceorientierung, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Offenheit f r Neues
  • Leidenschaft f r ein junges und rasant wachsendes Unternehmen mit vielen unternehmerischen Herausforderungen
  • Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
