Event & Promotions Executive" for our reputed Shopping Mall in Qatar.

Salary Offered: 7000 QAR QAR per month (Salary will be based on your interview performance)

Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below:

  • Should possess atleast
    4+ year of experience in event planning, promotions management, and marketing including GCC market exposure.
  • Experience in retail, shopping malls, entertainment venues, or hospitality industries will be an advantage
  • Must be
    Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID along with NOC.
  • Should hold
    valid Qatar driving license.
  • Must have
    Local market experience in organizing events in Qatar. Knowledge of local market dynamics, cultural preferences, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated success in organizing and executing events, managing promotional campaigns, and fostering community engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry, consumer behaviour trends, and marketing strategies relevant to shopping malls and entertainment complexes is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple events and promotions simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and managing budgets effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, tenants, corporate partners, and community members.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Having the similar experience mentioned as per the Job responsibilities is very essential.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events within the mall premises.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, performers, and suppliers to ensure smooth event logistics and execution.
  • Oversee event setup, decoration, and signage to create engaging and immersive experiences for visitors.

- Promotions Implementation:

  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales for tenants within the mall.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and digital ads.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
  • Plan and implement promotions for both the mall and the entertainment center.

- Community Engagement:

  • Develop initiatives to engage with the local community and build positive relationships with residents, schools, and community organizations.
  • Organize communityoriented events, such as charity drives, educational workshops, and cultural showcases, to foster a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Partner with local charities and nonprofit organizations to support community welfare initiatives and social responsibility programs.

Corporate Tie-Ups:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with corporate entities for cobranded promotions, and crosspromotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and events in collaboration with different corporate companies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

- Tenant Relations:

  • Liaise with mall tenants to understand their promotional needs and objectives and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives & crosspromotions.
  • Provide support and assistance to tenants in planning and executing their promotional events and activities within the mall

Job Types:

QAR7, QAR8,000.00 per month
