We are looking for an experienced HR / OfficeManager to provide administrative support and oversee the efficientfunctioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be adetailoriented individual with excellent organizational andmultitasking abilities capable of managing various responsibilitiesto ensure smooth operations at the executivelevel.

  • Handle confidential andsensitive information with discretion andprofessionalism.
  • Maintain office supplies andequipment ensuring a wellorganized and efficient workingenvironment.
  • Oversee the administrative teamproviding guidance and support asneeded.
  • Prepare and edit correspondencecommunications presentations and otherdocuments.
  • Perform general clerical tasksincluding data entry filing and recordkeeping.
  • Collaborate with other departments tofacilitate effective communication andworkflow.
  • Collaborate with the HR department tosupport HRrelated functions such as recruitment onboarding andemployee relations.
  • Supervise and coordinateadministrative functions to ensure seamless dailyoperations.
  • Supports company operations bymaintaining office systems and supervisingstaff.
  • Maintains office services by organizingoffice operations and procedures preparing payroll controllingcorrespondence designing filing systems reviewing and approvingsupply requisitions and assigning and monitoring clericalfunctions.
  • Provides historical reference bydefining procedures for retention protection retrieval transfer anddisposal of records.
  • Designs and implementsoffice policies by establishing standards and procedures measuringresults against standards and making necessaryadjustments.
  • Completes operational requirementsby scheduling and assigning employees; following up on workresults.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewingand analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifyingtrends.
  • Maintains office staff by recruitingselecting orienting and trainingemployees.
