About the role In this role you will lead RM strategiesin Cargo Inventory Management Team on QR network and ensureexecution by Cargo Inventory Management Analyst. You will performanalysis on network results and take necessary initiatives in orderto stimulate optimization improvement utilizing both commercial andoperational opportunities. As part of yourrole your additional responsibilities will include but not limitedto the following:
  • Responsible for implementation of RM strategies for theregion managing and reporting back on compliance to strategiesimplemented by Cargo Inventory Management Analyst communicatingexecution of all strategies and results obtained effectively toCargo Inventory Management Manager for review and further changesif any.
  • Examine profiling of the flights dailybooking trends overbooking levels entry condition levels andbacklog to measure if current capacity and inventory controlstrategies are implemented and suggest changes to Cargo InventoryManagement Manager.
  • Act as the 2nd level ofescalation after Cargo Inventory Management Analyst with theCommercial and operational departments regarding rejected bookingsdelay in response as per agreed SLA ULD requests and excess mail onfree sales.
  • Ensure appropriate sales steeringmessages are communicated to the network of their routes. Push formore cargo when loads are low advice stations of backlog situationsand operational constraints (payload etc).
  • Collaborate with sales organization for tactical supporton business development opportunities and projectmovements.
  • Coach the Cargo InventoryManagement Analyst to follow a networkbased approach in order tooptimize the network margin as opposed to individual flight legsand to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Produce and analyze reports on all relevant aspects ofthe network performance related to optimization (contributionperformance load factor performance and deviation trend in originmix.

Qualifications About you
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with at least 4years of jobrelated experience
  • Goodunderstanding of revenue management and network optimizationprinciples and practices
  • Adequateunderstanding of cargo operational and commercialprocesses
  • Data driven with strong quantitativeand analytical skills with proficiency in using Tableau PowerBI andExcel
  • Ability to work with cross functionalteams in a faced paced working environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills with strongpersuasion and influencing capabilities
  • Experience in project management and stakeholdermanagement with ability and dedication to work with data drivedigitization and innovation and promote changemanagement
