As a Lead Product Manager youwill be the driving force behind our digital innovation overseeingthe strategy and development of cuttingedge digital products andservices from booking platforms to ancillary products to loyaltyand account management. Youll shape the way the world travelsthrough your vision and execution of product strategy and delivergroundbreaking digital experiences to ourcustomers.

Keyresponsibilities:

  • Lead a team oftalented product owners dedicated to turning vision into realityfocusing on releasing bestinclass digital products across thedigital landscape
  • Define and execute theproduct strategy roadmap and vision for your portfolio aligning todigital objectives and customer needs. Develop business cases tosecure funding to achieve the strategy ensuringROI.
  • Champion a culture of innovationcollaboration experimentation and customer centricity across theproduct team
  • Advocate and embodycustomercentric and personalized design and user experienceensuring our products exceed customer and memberexpectations.
  • Develop then live and breathe thedigital product vision and OKRs that will shape your productroadmap and your teams product backlog and personal performanceobjectives
  • Cultivate strong relationships withsenior stakeholders across the business to gather requirementscommunicate roadmap progress and ensure alignment with the productvision balancing competing interests and driving consensus toachieve digital objectives whilst shaping requests into manageabledigital products and features
  • Partner withtechnical teams and platform owners to define the longtermtechnical capability roadmap for yourportfolio

About You

We arelooking for a dynamic and visionary Lead Product Manager to joinour innovative and forward thinking Digital Commerce &Service Experiences team shaping the future of travel at QatarAirways.

  • Minimum qualification ofbachelors degree or equivalent is essential.
  • 8years of jobrelated experience
  • Provenexperience as a Product/Portfolio Manager or similar rolepreferably in the travel industry
  • A passion forinnovation and a drive to push digital boundaries in airtravel.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability totranslate insights into actionable plans that drive businessresults
  • Experience in overseeing thedevelopment and management of multiple productlines
  • Knowledge of core airline systems andapplications including Amadeus products and systems would be aplus
