JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and define predictive or generative AI solutions.
  • Design and develop machine learning models, algorithms, and neural networks for data analysis, prediction, and decisionmaking.
  • Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models.
  • Implement predictive and LLMbased AI solutions using programming languages (such as Python) and machine learning frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikitlearn).
  • Optimize and finetune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring stability, reliability, and security.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, and iterate on improvements.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing or new software systems.
  • Document and communicate AI solutions, methodologies, and best practices to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The applicant should hold a Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in data science / AI projects.
  • Very good knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their realworld advantages/drawbacks.
  • Strong Knowledge of neutral networksbased architectures: CNN, RNN, GAN, RL, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in NLP/LLM and the ability to implement NLP techniques effectively.
  • Knowledge of Deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc.
  • Solid handson experience in development, debugging, and troubleshooting software and systems.
  • Previous experience with some data visualization frameworks and tools: Tableau, , Google charts, etc.
  • Very good Knowledge and experience in Python to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets and build data models.
  • Knowledge of geospatial analytics is desirable.
  • Prior industrial experience is an asset.
  • Capability to work autonomously and effectively in an asynchronous work environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and create comprehensive and clear technical documentation.
