Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate Bunker business from local and International Shipping companies.
  • Identifying and networking with prospective clients & generating business from existing accounts.
  • Achieve MONTHLY SALES TARGET of Bunker Department
  • Planning ideal bunkering ports for the voyage the vessel is planning
  • Participate in all related Tenders.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales report to be forwarded to the Assistant Manager
  • Manage customer portfolio with direct responsibility for negotiating and executing sales transactions from start to finish
- from quoting, negotiating, confirming, delivery, and post-delivery service and support;

  • Monitor customer utilization of company credit lines, payment performance, and assist with collections if necessary;
  • Have good interpersonal skill and be able to work as a team player with other traders and supporting staff
  • Be responsible to put together business deals for fuel oil and other petroleum products including monitoring of shipping operation
  • Assist with development of junior staff and trainees;
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualification:

Diploma ( Bachelor's degree in related field is preffered)

Professional Experience:

Previous experience in similar or related field (1-3 years)

Geographic Experience:

N/A

Computer Skills:

Strong hands-on knowledge of PC operating systems
Microsoft Office Suite specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with CRM and ERP platforms is an asset

Language Skills:

Intermediate English, Hindi/Urdu
