  • Handling all secretarial work forthe office of General Manager.
  • Promptlyreplying to all correspondence without constantsupervision.
  • Coordination with all HODs forvarious meetings.
  • Coordination/follow-ups withHODs for the monthly report.
  • Responsible fortaking minutes of the meeting.
  • Responsible tocollate information and provide to the General Manager as and whenrequested.
  • To co-ordinate with all thedepartments for the smooth functioning of theorganisation.
  • Take and distribute meetingminutes to appropriate individuals.
  • Create andmaintain computer and paper-based filing and organisation systemsfor records, reports, documents, etc.
  • Prepareletters, memos, and other documents using word processing,spreadsheet, database, or presentationsoftware.
  • Document and communicate all guestrequests/complaints to appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor all social channel like tripadvisor, facebook, twitter,instagram, review-pro, etc. and reply to the guests on behalf ofthe GM after taking necessary approvals on case tocase.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence,reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinatemeetings, conferences.
  • Take, type anddistribute minutes of meetings to all attendedparties.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars ofthe General Manager.
  • Arrange and confirmappointments after consulting with the GM andavailability.
  • Co-ordination for organizationof internal and external events.
  • Communicateverbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provideinformation.
  • Coordinate the flow ofinformation both internally and externally.
  • Operate office equipment and also manage office spaceeffectively.
