Work with all AOC divisions, teams and otherentities and agencies as required.

Provide support to AOCconfiguration management team and technical subject matter supportfor AOC Configuration Management process as well as conductcomprehensive system validation testing.

Coordinate quarterlyupdates and maintain a consolidated repository of Weapon Systemvalidation checklists produced by Divisions and functions in theAOC that would be affected by changes to the weapon systemconfigurations.

Coordinate validation checks (according tomaintained checklists) by all affected Divisions and functions inthe AOC that are affected by any proposed changes to the weaponsystem configurations.

Provide operational expertise to systemsengineers for the set-up and integration of AOC and AOC IT computersystems including systems integration and end-to-end validation.

Monitor and analyze the operational effectiveness of the C2 systemsand subsystems of AOC Weapons Systems and recommend technicaloperational, and management solutions to resolve any TBMCS systemand subsystem abnormality noted in the analysis that impactsoperational effectiveness.

The monitoring and analysis process isconducted approximately once a month with findings documented on amonthly basis.

Develop recommended operational requirements forsystem(s) set-ups, upgrades, and enhancements for C4I SystemManagement and provide validation and testing of follow-on systems,databases and software.

Develop, coordinate and monitor newsoftware requirements and validation testing requirements for allC4I system integration efforts onto the AOC operations floor.

Monitor system/subsystem performance and provide support for systemadministration activities by coordinating and de-conflictinginstallation of system/subsystem hardware components, software,applications, and databases.

Utilize/adapt common Microsoftdatabase products as well as other mission unique database supportprograms to support the development and maintenance of TBMCS systemdatabases.

Provide support to and recommend modifications andenhancements to the operational capabilities of the USAFCENT WeaponSystem.

Provide technical input to validate and prioritize operatorUser Support Requests and prioritize C4I system software problemreports (SPR), baseline change requests (BCR), and documentationchange requests (DCR).

Support AOC personnel with the design,execution, and management of the CAOC COP architecture.

Assist inmonitoring systems and network connections by coordination withC4ISM and SYSADs regarding the AOC network requirements (internetprotocol [IP] addresses, host IDs) by functional area and to ensurethe feeds required to support the COP (i.e., JADSI, IBS, etc.) areavailable.

Develop/modify data displays.

Advises Change ReviewBoard (CRB) Chair external COP architecture requirements (i.e.,JTF, components, subordinate TACS elements, etc.) and procedures tobe used between nodes to coordinate GCCS COP data flow and updates.

Assist in developing and maintaining web server, shared fileserver, data archiving, and electronic shared drive folders forboth classified and unclassified material on both the SIPRNET andNIPRNET.

Establish and maintain listings of the appropriateauthorizations for Weapon System information. Maintain currency ofthe archived databases and coordinate with appropriatepoints-of-contact to ensure that the content of the archiveddatabases are updated.

Provide technical input to AOC systemsadministrators and operators to meet AOC commander requirementswhile ensuring proper levels of security are maintained.

Provideoperational subject matter information; prepare documentation andconsultation in the areas of AOC systems, planning actions andfunctional/operational processes for USAF personnel responding toroutine suspense and staff inquiries
