Ihre Mission:

Du wirst Teil des internen SAP Experten mwd Teams im HQ des Dabei bernimmst Du die Verantwortung f r die SAP Aktivit ten und Anwendungen im Bereich CRM: Sales & Service Cloud Anwendungen (Kundenportale ), ; Du sorgst als interner Consultant fachlicher Solution Architect daf r, das Anforderungen aus den Abteilungen optimal erfasst (requirement engineering), strukturiert und dann ins technisches Team zur Umsetzung in SAP bergeben Du entwickelst so die SAP Anwendungen im Unternehmen st ndig in der Anwendungstiefe und -qualit t aktiv


Deine Aufgaben:

  • bernahme Verantwortung f r den internen SAP CRM Bereich mit Fokus auf die Module SAP Sales und Service Cloud sowie Hybris
  • Internes Anforderungsmanagement mit Fachbereichen: Analyse, Beratung, kontinuierliche Optimierung, L sungsdefinition und Implementierung
  • Change-Management: Bewertung, Priorisierung und Abstimmung technischer und fachlicher Anforderungen mit allen beteiligten Stakeholdern und Schnittstellen
  • Bewertung von Projekten anhand ihrer strategischen Relevanz
  • Unterst tzung bei der Definition und Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Gesch ftsprozessen
  • Support, Beratung und Unterst tzung von Anwendern / Key Usern
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Direkte Betreuung der Fachabteilung

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder anderen Fachrichtungen
  • Dedizierte Erfahrung mit SAP als interner oder externer Consultant, Projektmanger, Architect .
  • Erfahrung mit den Modulen SAP Sales und/oder Service Cloud
  • Erfahrung mit Hybris (Webshops/ e-Commerce, PCM) ein PLUS
  • Mehrj hrige Erfahrung im Bereich CRM & E-Commerce
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Prozessmanagement, -modellierung sowie Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift mit und k nnen sich gut auf Englisch (C1/B2) verst ;
