Knowledge & Qualification:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • BACKGROUND: Experience as an Electrical Technician in maintenance and or testing of power and distribution Transformers and associated systems in the petrochemical industry with a minimum of 2 years at Sr.
Technician I level.

  • SPECIAL SKILLS: Good knowledge of using a variety of electrical tools and equipment such as measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.
Good knowledge of troubleshooting and reading electrical diagrams/schematics.

  • Good knowledge of English, both written and oral. A good understanding of Electrical standards is essential. 3 years experience
    Role & Responsibilities:
  • Independently carrying out safely all assigned tasks for the maintenance and testing of the Power and Distribution Transformer by each deadline.
  • Reporting functions/Test reports and Checklists to Contractor's Electrical Supervisor
  • Good knowledge of Electrical Circuits and drawings and Electrical Safety
