We are currently seeking to expandour dynamic team with a passionate and driven Real Estate Agent whoshares our vision of redefining the real estate landscape.Position: Real EstateAgent.

Responsibilities:

  • ClientEngagement: Engage with potential tenants to understandtheir needs preferences and budgetconstraints.
  • PropertyShowings: Conduct informative and engaging propertyviewings highlighting the unique features and benefits of eachrental property.
  • RentNegotiation: Facilitate negotiations between landlordsand tenants to secure favorable lease agreements for bothparties.
  • Documentation:Assist clients in completing necessary rental paperwork and ensurecompliance with legalrequirements.
  • RelationshipManagement: Build and maintain strong relationships withlandlords tenants and fellow team members to foster trust andcollaboration.
  • SalesNegotiation: Representing the seller in negotiations withpotential buyers to secure the best possible terms ofsale.
  • Communication: Keepingthe seller informed of market conditions the progress of the saleand feedback from viewings.
  • Closingthe Deal: Guiding the seller through the closing processincluding ensuring all legal and financial requirements aremet.

Requirements:

  • Provenworking experience as a real estate agent or real estatesalesperson.
  • Ability to work independentlycombined with excellent interpersonalskills.
  • Strong sales negotiation andcommunication skills.
  • Pleasant andtrustworthy.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree
  • Driving licensemandatory
  • Experience with CRMsoftware.
  • Bilingual or multilingualabilities
  • Local hiringonly
