Responsibilities:
Movement of IT Assets or equipment's within buildings or outside.
- Ensure the IT Store is kept clean and in an orderly manner. Any issuance or receipt of assets from the IT Store is to be recorded in the asset register book and submitted to the relevant authorized person.
- Provide Support for the IT team in any tasks other than mentioned above
- Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks vacuum/ Desktops and Laptops at periodic intervals.
- Commuting between Doha & Mesaieed offices, inside the Mesaieed campus buildings and to 3rd party vendor offices for any IT Support related services.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment along with technical support based on ITIL best practices guidelines in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Familiar working experience in ITSM platform ServiceNow.
