7-month contract
Full-Time (37,5 hours per week)
Hybrid position (3 days by week in remote)
Monday to Friday (8:30-4:30pm)

Responsibilities: Work within many systems completingincoming tasks from brokers & affiliated partners fromacross Canada.
Understand whatthe brokers are asking & triage tasks according toguidelines & procedures.
Complete simple tasks as per broker s request.
Answer live calls via a triagequeue from brokers and assist with their simple requests.
Reach out to the underwritingteams & brokers when additional information is required.
Have a clear understanding ofhow the triage queues work & continue to move from queue toqueue working on the oldest incoming tasks.
Understand the impact on completing taskswithin service standards.

What you will need tosucceed: Post-secondary or equivalent experience required and orcompletion of a related diploma.
2+ years of related experience in administrative and orsupport function.
Insurancebackground would be ideal.
Able to work within a fast-paced environment, and work well underpressure.
Mindful of makingdeadlines, results-oriented.
Ability to multitask.
Quickstudy/learning curve.
Abilityand willingness to work with repetitive tasks and keep focused,with a good level of accuracy & speed.
Excellent technical aptitude with webbased and in-house systems and databases, good working knowledge ofMicrosoft office suite.
Strongattention to detail, accuracy is a critical component for successin this role.
Superiororganization, time-management, and the ability to adapt in adynamic priority changing environment.
Strong ability to exercise good judgment in a varietyof situations, with strong written and verbal communication,administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability tomaintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Need to be confident and comfortable tomanage healthy level of autonomy.
Vested interest in learning and building career in thegeneral insurance space.
Effective in a culture of teamwork, collaboration, andaccountability; a person who encourages cooperation across theorganization.
Bilingualism(English and French) an asset.
