Key Job Accountabilities -I

  • Prepare internal salary comparisons for contractconversions, contracts extension and salary reviews, highlightingany impacts on internal equity.
  • Process all salaryadministration activities through the PAF Workflow, includingpromotions, transfer, contract changes. Liaise withsupervisors/secretaries to discuss any details or issues withPAF's. Ensure position titles are aligned with the companytitle framework and salary grade.
  • Gather information onperformance rating for all employees and prepare the final reporton the distribution, highlighting any variances for final sign-offby HR Manager.
  • Prepare the annual performance bonus andmerit increase review, ensuring correct calculations are made andmeeting the submission deadline. Validate all data by crosschecking the payment amount in SAP with the approved payment amountand follow up any discrepancies found.
  • Extract andprepare data to support the annual Total Rewards Surveys and otherHR Benchmarking reports. Prepare adhoc SAP reports as requested toassist in further analysis or decision making.
Key JobAccountabilities - II

  • Provide ad-hoc and accurate costinganalysis reports in timely manner, including for merit, bonus,budget, policy review and allowances and any other costingreports.
  • Prepare the monthly HR budget report, highlightsany variances, and ensure proper allocations in the respective HRcost centres. Coordinate with finance to update the accrual andforecast reports to ensure accuracy and take corrective action forany misallocations.
  • Participate in the annual budgetcycle process, prepare, and update the annual budget assumptionsfor workforce budget for the entire QG. Conduct and prepareanalysis report for planned HR budget for CompensationLead's review.
  • Provide support for processingsalary offer advice for new recruits, ensure candidates meetminimum job requirements, job titles are aligned, correct salarygrades are stated, and that salary offers are positioned correctlyto ensure the offer is attractive, cost effective and internalequity is maintained.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration or Human ResourcesManagement.
Knowledge and/or Experience

  • 4 years'experience in human resources administration, out of which 3 yearsin salary management & compensation.
Technical and BusinessSkills

  • Good professional level of English, verbal andwritten.
  • High numerate and detail oriented with drive forefficiency, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Computer skillsincluding full MS Office Suite, advanced level Excel includingexperience in manipulating and working with multiple datasheets.
  • Good knowledge of using SAP, including reportgeneration.
