  • Qatar Company IT Dept. provides services to approx.1500 staff located in Mesaieed plant & Doha head office.
  • RFP Purpose
  • Qatar Company is looking to establish a contract for IT Support services for the below roles for the period of five years.
  • Ensure the IT Store is kept clean and in an orderly manner.
  • Any issuance or receipt of assets from the IT Store is to be recorded in the asset register book and submitted to the relevant Company authorized person.
  • Provide Support for the IT team in any tasks other than mentioned above
  • Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks vacuum/ Desktops and Laptops at periodic intervals.
  • Commuting between Doha & Mesaieed offices, inside the Mesaieed campus buildings and to 3rd party vendor offices for any IT Support related services.
  • Each member of staff shall have a minimum of five years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment along with technical support based on ITIL best practices guidelines in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Familiar working experience in ITSM platform ServiceNow.
  • CONTRACTOR shall provide staff with relevant experience with the skills as listed as per their job description.
  • Salary:
    • Monthly Rate in QAR Plus Transportation, Food & Accommodation provided by Company
  • Work Schedule:
    • 8 Hours / 5 Days
  • Duration:
    • 5 years, renewable

    • Qatar
