Mission


To manage, supervise, and oversee all the operations of the center: SPA, fitness center and medical in close relation with the doctors.


Main responsibilities

  • Maintain an atmosphere of cooperative teamwork that emphasizes customer service and satisfaction.
  • Guarantee cleanliness and the hygiene of the premises.
  • Make sure the procedures, process and protocols put in place by the brand are followed.
  • Be responsible to ensure the achievement of sales goals, business objectives, and profitability.
  • Review financial data, prepares management reports, and performs administrative functions accurately and timely.
  • Work closely with the doctors to check their planning, define their objectives per month, give them information about the packages and is the contact with the medical operations of the clinic in the HQ.
  • Plan and coordinate the website news, events, client loyalty programs to maximize marketplace positioning.
  • Manage the relations with the hotel team and be responsible for overseeing and directing the product retailing operations.
  • Ensure a clean, safe working environment by enforcing safety, maintenance, and cleanliness procedures.

Required qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in managing a branded luxury spa (including Gym would be a plus).
  • Previous experience in the region is a plus.
  • Passion for the wellness & beauty world
  • Knowledge in nutrition.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Leadership taste and aptitude for managing teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to various professional situations (different business lines working in the same department).
  • English compulsory. Local language is a plus.

Detailed tasks & technical skills
Customer management

  • Be responsible for getting guests satisfaction questionnaire filled properly.
  • Ensure the respect of the customer services guidelines.
  • Organize and supervise the updating of the customer file.
  • Handle customer complaints for the good of the brand reputation.
  • Meet and personally welcome VIP, regular clients, promoters of the center (journalists, influencers, etc.).
Operations

  • Ensure the respect of the quality brand standards.
  • Team organization: Medical, Gym, Spa, Reception, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Make sure all the medical authorization and protocols needed are in place.
  • Ensure the proper storage of the medical products.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the property.
  • Optimize the use of cabins.
  • Check the cabins, the linen, the retail products
  • Organize daily revenue meeting.
Management and Commercial Development of the center

  • Work in coordination with the HQ team and the medical team to improve the offer and to adapt it to local market's needs.
  • Participate in the development of promotional activities (internal or via the marketing department).
  • Analyze sales turnover and propose commercial actions.
  • Carry out market studies concerning competition prices and reports to HQ.
  • Define and develop with the Marketing team the promotional actions (mailing, advertising) to be implemented.
  • Provide the marketing department with the information necessary for developing the website.
  • Validate publications in specialized guides with the Marketing department.
Recruitment / Training

  • Determine the staffing needs of the department and recruit employees following the budget and the financial objectives.

  • Ensure that the skills of the professionals are always up to date: Therapists, Nutritionists, and Doctors.
Personnel management

  • Check the punctuality of the personnel and their physical presentation within the framework of the dress code specific to the center.
  • Prevent and manage interpersonal conflicts in his department as part of the procedures put in place in the establishment.
  • Periodically organize and conduct departmental meetings to regulate activity, respecify corporate objectives and transmit general information.
  • Carry out any action to assess the skills of its employees (annual interviews, field observations, etc.).
  • Animate and lead his team.
  • Administrative staff management.
Miscellaneous

  • Be responsible for maintenance contracts for machines.
  • Manage stock and inventories of products.
  • Prepare the annual budget.
  • Ensure the management and control of costs: payroll, consumption, materials.
  • Manage the cashflow and do regular reports.
  • Manage the credit collections.
