Every day is differentbut youll mostly be:

• Beready to jump into other adhoc duties when your colleagues needyour help
• Always follow safety proceduresPunctual in attendance to check station is fully equipped to renderservice to guests
• Ensures and maintains thehighest quality standards of operation and service in accordancewith hotel policy and procedures
• Recommends topromote up selling and take order from the guest follows up andensure that this is carried out to the lastdetail
• Coordinates with staff in the assignedstation as well as with otherAssociates/Captains
• Guest satisfaction mustalways be checked and any problems encountered must be relayed tooutlet or station in charge
• Coordinates withKitchen with regard to menus buffet outofstock items and othersignificant details that are important to theoutlet
• Responsible in settling House AccountsRoom Charges Officers Checks Cash and Credit Card Payments and CityLedgers in Micros as well as the remittance of Cash and Cash Floatsat the end of each shift
• Performs other dutiesas required by the Outlet Supervisor/Captain orManager
• Is fully in charge that all coffee& tea related tools equipment and resources are wellmaintained and in full working condition.
• Isfully in charge to ensure sufficient supply to prepare the goodsfor the guests
• Ensures that there is a constantchange of offering and a pipeline of new ideas & techniquespresent
• To carry out any other reasonable tasksrequested by your supervisor or department head ormanagement
• Read understand and implement therelevant sections of the F&B SOPs.
• Makecareful use of safety equipment such as gloves goggles apronsoveralls shoes etc. and return safety equipment to its designatedstorage area after use
• Take reasonable carewhen storing handling and using chemicals and dangerous substanceslifting and carrying and using or cleaning dangerous work equipmentincluding machines
