We areexcited to share that one of our prestigious customers is lookingfor an experienced Graphic Designer for a 1 year contract(extendable). The central purpose of the role is to provide andsupport the customers transformation programme and set up a neworganisations digital content strategy. The project is focused ongenerating a communication capability including strategiccommunication information media and psychological operation.Thisrole is responsible for generating a Graphic Design capabilitywithin the new organization that communicates concepts and ideasand messages visually and captures the attention of the intendedaudience.

Keyresponsibilitiesare:
  • Thecentral purpose of the role is to provide specialist advice onGraphic Design in support of specific Project and the neworganization. This is a project focused on generating acommunications capability (strategic communications; informationoperations; media operations and psychologicaloperations).
  • Thisrole is responsible for generating a Graphic Design capabilitywithin the new organization that communicates concepts and ideasand messages visually and captures the attention of the intendedaudience.
  • Leadon creating a wide range of products and media using varioussoftware programs to visualize and develop innovative graphicdesigns that meet the strategic communicationobjectives.
  • Shapeand build stakeholder engagement so that the Graphic Design sectioncollaborates closely with staff functions within the organizationand when established with clients across otherDirectorates.
  • Supportthe drafting of policy to support Media Operations/ Public Affairsin the neworganization.
  • Supportthe organizational design including the underpinning processes andprocedures of the Public Affairs/Media operationsfunction.
  • Supportthe design and build of a Creative Hub including the creation ofinternal databases for designs photography andvideo.
  • Supportrecruitment to the Graphic Designfunction.
  • Providingsupport to the creation of training delivery pathways and in duecourse assisting with the delivery of the training solutions withspecialist advice on GraphicDesign.
  • Coachingand mentoring of project team members and for those recruited tostaff the new organization in GraphicDesign.


RequirementsAsuccessful candidate should possess the following experience andqualifications:
  • 5years relevant experience in graphic design and in the use ofdesign software (e.g. Illustrator InDesignPhotoshop)
  • Expertknowledge of current design software and skilled in every step ofthe design process from concept to finaldeliverable.
  • Athorough understanding of branding and marketing with the skill tofind the right style and layout for eachproject.
  • Experienceof change / transformation programmes including drafting policy andworkingpractices.
  • Experiencein the Middle East working with international media teams ispreferable.
  • Experienceof training design planning and delivery isdesirable.
  • Experienceof coaching/ mentoring isdesirable.
