Our Middle East Assurance practice includes over 2300 people based in 12 countries across the region and is part of PwCs global network that is operating worldwide. PwC Middle Easts Assurance practice combines the right mix of humanled and tech powered solutions to provide our clients with quality audits and other risk services that create confidence and impact in our region and across society.

It provides experience across a broad range of topics and creates a real community atmosphere that fosters support and learning among all its graduates.

Job Description:

• Supports the Academy in meeting business targets across Qatar and the region.
• Implement activities which help growth of revenue streams from the priority clients and other targeted client accounts by leveraging internal team from the LoS and Clients and Markets team
• Work with solution design team to respond to RFQs/ RFPs in a timely manner
• Plan approaches and pitches for RFQs/ RFPs with the right SMEs
• Prepare engagement letters and agreements with clients
• Conduct the entire BD process from lead generation and negotiation to closing and postsales follow up
• Prospect and meet clients by growing maintaining and leveraging your network
• Identify and build strong relationships with key personnel for client interaction and engagement
• Conduct market research and related events in the industry including announcements tracking competitors activities to develop unique selling points and game changers for the business
• Ownership and maintenance of client and proposals repository
• Research and understand the firm and peoples capabilities
• Liaise with the Director of BD to plan organise and execute annual budgets.
• Provide trend analysis and research for new product launches
• Bilingual Arabic and English is preferred
• Experience in Client management and Business development in professional training institute.
• Experience in Qatar market and public sector.
• High level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with Powerpoint Excel and Word
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility in working hours (evenings and weekends)
• Pleasant dynamic and proactive individual with ability to take ownership
• Ability to develop and manage good relations with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
