Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage; prepare and review written documents accurately andcompletely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.Developand maintain positive working relationships with others; supportteam to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to theconcerns of other employees.
Monitor the performance of others toensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Read andvisually verify information in a variety of formats. Move, lift,carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to10 pounds without assistance.
