We are recruiting foran experienced candidate to provide support to sales or areamanager through the handling of queries and customer servicecomplaints for an upmarket home d cor, fabric and accessoriesshowroom. It is essential that this candidate know fabrics, workingwith testing and assessments of fabrics. Thisposition would be suitable for a mature, professional candidatewith at least 6 years experience within theindustry.


DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creditprocessing supported and stock returned to the warehouse withcorrectdocumentation
  • Pre-loadhandling fees on thesystem
  • Professionalcustomer servicesdelivered
  • Generalenquiries responded to courteously and accurate informationsupplied
  • Stockchecks, price checks (retail vs. wholesale) and reservationrequests responded to accurately on the sameday
  • Replacementfabrics offered on discontinued ranges or out of stockitems
  • Complaintsassessed, processed, and responded to in line with guidelines andpolicies
  • Claimsspreadsheet kept up to date and submitted to Sales Support Managermonthly
  • Assistin the showroom whenrequired
  • Assistwith the pulling of reports as required from mangers and salesteam
  • Provideprinted back order list tostakeholders
  • Meetings(internal and external) and teleconferences are set up asrequired
  • Documentation,meeting packs, reports and presentations available inadvance
  • Minutesof meetings recorded and circulated before nextmeeting
  • Accountqueries resolved before sale isprocessed
  • Paymentqueries resolved withFinance
  • Overcredit risk assessed and payment termsproposed
