Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall Dynamics 365 environment, including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics 36
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, entities, workflows, forms, and views to support business processes.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades, while ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest features, enhancements, and best practices within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Participate in training initiatives to educate users on new features and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Dynamics 365 certification is required (e

g, Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Administrator Associate).

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and administration.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Experience with Ecommerce development is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of hardware configuration, network configuration, and system support is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and provide user support.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality solutions.
  • Prior experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is advantageous.
