The purpose of this position is to implement and supportOracle Cloud Human Capital Management modules as per the businessrequirements. Responsible for converting business requirement intosystem implementation in Oracle Cloud Finance. Participate in thedesign, implementation, and support of business solutions.
Responsible for gathering requirements, performing analysis/design,testing, documentation. User training to maintain and improveoverall Information Systems performance. Support implementation andproduction issues in Oracle Human Capital Management.

KeyAccountability Gather and document business requirements, leadfit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs,conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing,end user training.

Develop business process designs, performfunctional configuration, and perform unit testing. Developconversion and system implementation plans. Identify functionalitygaps and provide solutions for them. Write function designdocuments for reports, interfaces, data conversions and applicationextensions. Support business users with the execution of testscripts. Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.
Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/keystakeholders on a regular basis. Consistently produces clear andconcise status reports. To work in collaboration with oraclesupport for resolving critical bugs. To work independently onprojects and production support with minimum supervision. Workingwith solution architects and technical SMEs to translate projectrequirements into solution designs, project estimates, and activityplans.

Requirements Bachelor s Degree in IT or equivalent years of experience as a Functional Consultant in a similarenvironment and - 5 years of expertise in at least 3 4 modulesacross Global HR, Talent Management, Learning Management,Recruitment Cloud, Workforce Compensation and Benefits and HR HelpDesk.

At least - 3 End to End implementation experience of OracleHuman Capital Management modules. Preferred experience withsupporting/managing HR functions such as Benefits, Talent or HRGeneralist. Ability to quickly understand HR and Payroll conceptsand apply to technology. Ability to understand the businessrequirement and functional specification documents. Ability toproduce artefacts such as fit gap documents, configurationdocuments, test scripts, training documents. Ability to do FusionApplication Configuration, Testing. Knowledge of application toapplication integration on public cloud, using Oracle Integrationcloud or SOA is desirable. Determination, self-motivation and aneagerness to take on new challenges. Ability to adapt quickly,working in a dynamic business environment. Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communicationskills. Proven ability to work remotely and independently insupport of Clients/Business. Ability to work with multiculturalenvironment across the world.

Bachelor s Degree in IT orequivalent years of experience as a Functional Consultantin a similar environment and - 5 years of expertise in at least 34 modules across Global HR, Talent Management, Learning Management,Recruitment Cloud, Workforce Compensation and Benefits and HR HelpDesk.

At least - 3 End to End implementation experience of OracleHuman Capital Management modules.
